Have a Read...

Don't be boring.

Award-winning writer Terence Loose’s fiction and nonfiction has appeared in Movieline, L.A. Times Magazine, Riviera, Coast, The Orange County Register and other magazines and literary journals. He has held editorial positions at both Movieline and Coast and writes for sites such as Netflix, Coast, HauteOC, GOBankingRates, Huffington Post, and Yahoo.

Loose holds an MFA in Screenwriting from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Television, served as writer on MTV’s “Sucks Less with Kevin Smith,” and has taught writing classes at UCLA and UCI.

Never afraid to take risks (or do something really stupid), Loose also has a history of quitting jobs, selling everything and fleeing the country. His last adventure saw him sail an old, leaky boat to Mexico, then through the South Pacific for two years with his wife.

Today, Loose lives in Hawaii with his wife and daughter (a product of that cruise). When he is not typing, he tries to surf or spear dinner.
